Wellsville Balloon Rally 2024 Tickets. Over the years, the balloon rally has had many balloons including the wonder bread balloon, tony the tiger, the energizer bunny and most recently the shamrock. The great wellsville balloon rally is the third weekend in july and the main street festival is the largest event in support of the rally.
